If you experience any shipment loss, damage or shortages we ask that you report them to us within 24 hours of receipt for replacement or refund.  Any and all refunds are given in the form of store credit. Please contact us e-mailing us at [email protected], with the following information:  Your name, your order number, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and a description of the product damage or shortage.

Any scratched, altered, blemished, or broken items are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or unless the items were flawed during production. Original shipping charges and credit card fees (if any) are not refundable.
